Kevin Pickering is the sole owner and manager of A4 Projects, operating in Perth, WA. Kevin provides the primary point of contact with the Client, ensuring clear, and up to date communication throughout the project, and quick decision making. Kevin has over 30 years’ experience across the construction, project management and development sectors, spread over all phases of the project life cycle. His first 10 years following graduation were spent gaining detailed technical knowledge as a building contractor, prior to a move into the project development and management of various residential, retail, commercial, industrial and civic developments. He has co-owned and successfully run project management consultancies in Botswana and South Africa that were built on successful delivery and repeat business.
Kevin has recently been assisting the Shire of Ashburton with delivery of a wide variety of remote projects, providing flexible project management services to suit the Clients staffing ability and project needs. His ability to focus on the project critical path and key deliverables, ensures management time is not wasted on non-essential tasks. This has led to successful interaction with Clients, multi-agency steering committees, funders and other stakeholders, and subsequent repeat appointments. Kevin is an astute communicator, relationship manager and team leader with the commitment and ability to successfully develop, manage and deliver a project from concept to completion.
