Kevin’s project experience includes managing civil design, subdivision infrastructure, and design and construct projects for social infrastructure buildings, child care centres, sports facilities, or managing full design teams for various warehouse and retail developments, office park and hotel refurbishments, schools and numerous luxury residential developments. Through his extensive project experience he has developed a strong understanding of the requirements needed to adequately plan for, and safely direct the project through the many challenges that often frustrate successful project delivery. Adequate investigation, and detailed project scoping, and stakeholder engagement followed by strong procurement documentation, and regular site monitoring have always ensured the project outcome targets are achieved.
